Why did my credit card payment fail?
There may be several reasons:
The information entered might not match the details associated with your card.
You may not have activated the security code required for online purchases, which is often provided by your bank.
The card could have expired, so please check the validity date.
You might have exceeded the online spending limit set by your bank.
If you are using a prepaid card, make sure there are sufficient funds available or that online payments are authorized.
Also, verify that all required fields (card number, expiration date, and CVV) have been filled in correctly.
If after checking everything you still cannot complete the purchase, we recommend contacting your bank directly.
Can I request an invoice made out to my company?
Of course. Just select the “company” option in your personal details during checkout and enter the required tax information.
